20 years of experience in higher education leadership, workforce development, corporate partnerships, and organizational growth.

Throughout her career, Dr. Christophe-Hayot has supported graduate and professional education initiatives associated with institutions including The George Washington University, George Mason University, Case Western Reserve University, Kent State University, California State University Monterey Bay, and the University of Rhode Island.
As Executive Director of Professional & Executive Business Education at the University of Rhode Island's College of Business, she helped lead initiatives that contributed to graduate enrollment growth from 257 to 410 students, expanded corporate partnerships, and generated revenue through executive education and professional development programs.
Today, Dr. Christophe-Hayot brings that experience and results-driven approach to JCH Advisory Collective, helping organizations unlock the potential of their people while creating strategies that drive measurable business and institutional success.
